Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering virtual and in-person therapy across Texas for individuals ages 15 to 75. My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative—rooted in trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices like CBT and EMDR. I specialize in depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, complex trauma, grief, and life transitions, including perinatal and aging-related challenges. I also support survivors of abuse and first responders with a focus on resilience, cultural awareness, and real healing. Therapy with me is a safe space to be yourself, even in the chaos—because that’s where growth begins.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety with panic, OCD, OCPD, PTSD, complex trauma, and grief. I work extensively with survivors of childhood abuse, sexual assault, and family violence, and also support individuals navigating perinatal and menopausal transitions, aging, and cultural or identity-related stress.

I take a trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered approach to healing. I integrate evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, and mindfulness, along with somatic awareness, inner child work, and parts work when helpful. I honor the mind-body connection and hold space for spiritual exploration for those who find strength in faith or purpose. My style is compassionate, grounded, and direct—I meet you where you are, offering both practical tools and deep emotional work to help you process pain, restore trust in yourself, and reclaim your peace.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is not always easy—it’s honest, reflective, and at times uncomfortable. But it’s also empowering. Clients leave with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a stronger sense of identity and purpose. The work is hard, but so is healing—and you don’t have to do it alone. Together, we find meaning, strength, and even beauty in the chaos.
