I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over eight years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. My journey in healthcare started as a physician in Venezuela, and after moving to the United States, I earned my Master’s degree in Nursing and have been practicing psychiatry ever since.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, discovering new cultures, and spending time with my family. I especially love playing with my ten-month-old puppy, who keeps life fun and full of energy.

My approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered. I believe in listening closely to understand each person’s unique experiences and goals, and I work together with my patients to create treatment plans that are both effective and realistic. I combine evidence-based medication management with supportive guidance to help patients feel empowered in their mental health journey.

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with practical steps to move forward. Together, we focus on building insight into challenges, identifying strengths, and creating strategies that make daily life feel more manageable and balanced.
