Great to meet you!

Since 1995, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve greater emotional well-being. My experience spans a variety of clinical and community settings, including juvenile court services, community mental health, emergency behavioral health crisis intervention, and inpatient psychiatric care.

I believe that mental wellness influences every aspect of our lives, shaping our relationships, decisions, and overall quality of life. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, and collaboration, providing a safe and supportive environment where clients can gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

Whether you are facing a difficult transition, managing emotional challenges, or seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you discover your strengths, find clarity, and move toward the life you envision. You do not have to face life's challenges alone. Hope, healing, and positive change are possible.

My approach to therapy

Mental health and well-being shape the quality of our lives and the well-being of those around us. My approach is centered on helping you move toward the future you envision, guided by your goals, values, and best hopes for positive change.

What you can expect from me
