Great to meet you!

I would like to share a brief overview of my professional background to see if I might be a good fit for your psychotherapy needs. I have been working in the mental health field since 1995 with diverse communities and populations in various capacities. My experience includes roles such as Panel Review Member in Juvenile Court, mental health community support team member, behavioral health crisis assessment counselor in an emergency room, and clinician in a psychiatric unit.

My approach to therapy

I believe that mental health and well-being significantly impact those in our immediate environment, including our family, friends, and even our pets. My approach is to support you as you navigate toward your desired outcome, and my focus is on your best hopes.

What you can expect from me

I offer support and hope as you heal, grow, and explore how to best foster inner healing and personal growth. Just know that you are not alone. We all face challenges in life and can benefit from professional help to gain clarity. With clarity, you move towards the future you envision for living your best life.
