Great to meet you!

My passion comes from a personal place and has been a staple in my professional work, as I am eager to guide those who want to move forward in their lives as they experience their healing and recovery journey.

My approach to therapy

I offer active listening without judgment, compassion, empathy, and guidance. I am honest in my treatment but gentle. I offer cognitive behavioral therapy, guidance through radical acceptance, as well as decision-making and support through difficult life changes. I offer bereavement therapy and couples therapy, as well as guidance and gender affirming care for LGBTQIA individuals ages 18 and up.

What you can expect from me

Life doesn't have to suck all the time. I'm not saying that therapy can make your life the greatest in the world, but it can help you work through the experiences you find hard to cope with. Sometimes it helps to talk to someone who is not close to the problem and has no idea who we are, so we can say things we would not usually say to those closest to us, without being judged.
