Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.

Life's challenges can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves and others. As a trauma informed therapist, I believe healing is not about "fixing" what is broken, but reconnecting with the parts of you that have always held strength, wisdom, and resilience.

I hold a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and also have advanced training in EMDR. I support individuals who are navigating stress, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I integrate trauma-informed, mindfulness and relational approaches to help clients not only process what they have been through, but also reconnect with their sense of balance, purpose, and self-trust. True healing is not about becoming someone new- it's about coming home to yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and curiosity- I see therapy as a collaborative space where you can feel seen, supported and understood. I navigate therapy through a psychodynamic lens, by incorporating practical tools (CBT, DBT, mindfulness), and trauma-informed methods like EMDR.

I focus on both emotional processing and real-world skill-building to support your healing and growth. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a personalized “toolbox” of strategies they can actually use in daily life. You don't have to walk this path alone- together, we will move toward a life that feels more aligned, authentic, and whole.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to get to know each other and start building a space where you feel safe and heard. Together we'll explore what you hope to get out of therapy and build a path of treatment from there. My goal is for you to leave feeling supported, understood, and a little more grounded in yourself.

I work best with clients who are ready to explore, reflect, and take an active role in their therapy. Whether we’re unpacking deep-rooted patterns or learning new coping skills, my goal is to help you move toward a more grounded, empowered, and authentic version of yourself.

If you think we might be a good fit, I invite you to reach out for a consultation — I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
