I treat ADHD, anxiety, and depression related challenges for adults as well as for parents trying to survive the stress of raising kids! Feeling anxious, scattered, agitated, or overall not in a great place? I help my clients see the strengths & skills they already possess to manage difficulties. Whether the goal is to learn new coping strategies, unpack a new diagnosis, or to learn strategies to manage your energy as a limited resource, my goal is to meet you where you are and support you along the way.

I am a Clinical Social Worker (LISW-S) that has 15+ years experience supporting clients and providing clinical, administrative and training supervision for other therapists. I use a variety of tools, resources, and treatment strategies in my practice depending on what best fits the individual and their unique needs. I offer services in-person (Dayton, OH) or by video telehealth (Ohio). I am currently not accepting EAP's. After forms are completed, I will confirm your requested appointment time or offer rescheduling options if it is not longer available.

Spruce, my Certified Therapy Dog, loves to join session whenever possible! It can be anxiety provoking to reach out for help and open up to a stranger. I understand how that feels and will do my best to make you feel at ease.
