Great to meet you!

I’m Amie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and I’m here to help you feel less alone with what you’re going through. Over the years, I’ve worked with people navigating depression, anxiety, relationship and family issues, parenting stress, career challenges, life transitions, and trauma. Whether things have slowly built up or a specific event has knocked you off balance, this can be a space to slow down, be honest, and start to make sense of it all.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, interactive, and empathetic. I treat each person with dignity and respect, and I tailor therapy to you rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw from cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic, and rational-emotive techniques so we can better understand the patterns behind your thoughts and feelings and build practical tools that fit your life and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you—what’s bringing you in, what feels hardest right now, and what you hope will be different. I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you take realistic next steps toward relief and growth. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, grief, stress, or a major life change, my goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and a bit more hopeful about your path forward.
