Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or having trouble focusing, I’m here to help. I’m Dr. Amie Fabah, a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner caring for adults with anxiety, depression, and ADHD, and I provide simple, personalized treatment with medication when needed. My goal is to help you feel better, think clearly, and get back to yourself.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental approach so you feel comfortable being open. I focus on understanding your needs and creating a personalized plan that may include therapy, lifestyle changes, and medication when appropriate. My goal is to help you feel heard, build practical skills, and make steady, meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll talk about what’s been going on and what you’d like to improve. I create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable and heard without judgment. Together, we’ll begin setting clear goals and discuss a plan that fits your needs.
