Great to meet you!

I’m Amie, a feminist therapist committed to helping you unlearn the narratives that keep you small and reclaim your right to take up space. I work with women, LGBTQIA+ folks, and anyone feeling the weight of systemic oppression, burnout, or the constant push to meet impossible expectations. My approach blends feminist therapy and ACT to help you navigate personal and political stress, break free from people-pleasing, and build a life rooted in your values—not society’s demands. Therapy with me isn’t about just coping; it’s about liberation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, affirming, and deeply rooted in social justice. I blend feminist therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients break free from oppressive narratives, unlearn people-pleasing, and build a life that aligns with their values. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered—not just to cope, but to create meaningful change in your life. My style is warm, direct, and grounded in the belief that healing is both personal and political.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space where their experiences are validated, their emotions are welcomed, and their desire for change is taken seriously. My goal is to help you unlearn self-doubt, set boundaries without guilt, and reconnect with what truly matters to you—not what society expects. Together, we’ll work toward clarity, confidence, and the freedom to take up space in your own life. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you—it’s about freeing you.
