Great to meet you!

On a personal and professional level, I have learned that joy, anxiety, loss, and suffering can ebb and flow as we go through our life. As a clinician, I meet each client where they are at in their life journey and personalize treatment step by step. With my training and postgraduate experiences, I have worked with patients across the lifespan (2 years old to 90's+) in multiple settings including a hospital, child centers, inpatient setting, child welfare, schools, teaching, supervising, and private practice.

My approach to therapy

Finding symptom relief and greater self awareness can take patience, self compassion, and hard work. I am here to provide non-judgmental and compassionate care for you during this process.

What you can expect from me

I am a high energy, attentive, and supportive provider, who will cheer you on each step of your healing and change journey. During your consultation call, you will have a chance to hear about my practice and share primary concerns. If you believe I may be a good fit for your needs, we will schedule an Intake appointment. The Intake appointment is a chance for you to tell me about your main concerns, relevant areas of your life and routines, and for you to get to know me as your provider. We will decide upon your treatment goals collaboratively and measure progress together with measurement based care, goal setting, and shared feedback during our sessions. I am a provider who measures progress in a client centered way.
