Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of clinical experience. I provide psychiatric evaluation and medication management for adults 18+ experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, sleep difficulties, and life transitions.

Fun fact: I’m bilingual in English and French, and I love discovering new foods and cultures.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and individualized, with a focus on helping you feel heard, understand your options, and actively participate in your care. I want you to feel heard, understand your options, and have a voice in your care.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an interrogation. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your symptoms, health and treatment history, lifestyle, and what you hope to improve. Together, we’ll identify your goals and develop a treatment plan that may include medication when appropriate, along with attention to sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress, and overall well-being. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, informed, and clear about the next steps.
