My approach to therapy

I work from a client centered, empowering and strength based approach. I like to work collaboratively with clients to work together to set goals and discuss helpful tools. I also hold a safe private space for anyone to share what's on their mind and have a designated place to check in about their experience and gain guidance and a lending ear from an outside party's and clinical perspective.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I would ask a bit about your background to get an initial assessment and overall clinical view, assess to see if we are a good fit, and hear from you what you are seeking and what goals you may like to focus on.
