Great to meet you!

I’m Amina, a psychiatric nurse practitioner committed to providing person-centered, evidence-based care for anyone seeking clarity, stability, and support. I offer comprehensive medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and a wide range of other mental health conditions. I also support clients in the substance-use recovery community through MAT, ensuring continuity of care for those rebuilding their lives. My practice is available both in person and via telehealth. My academic training, combined with my clinical experience, has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to provide evidence-based care.

My approach to therapy

My treatment style is collaborative, straightforward, and rooted in respect. Many of my clients are people who “hold everything together” on the outside while silently battling exhaustion, irritability, burnout, or constant overthinking. They aren’t looking for judgment or rushed appointments—they want a provider who truly listens, asks the right questions,

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know your unique story and beginning to build a trusting, collaborative relationship where you feel truly heard.
