Great to meet you!

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship, is vital for exploring difficult emotions, relationship patterns, and life's challenges.

I support clients in a way that takes into account their values, identity, and sociopolitical context. It is important to me that you feel seen, supported, and understood as you take steps towards meaningful change.

I work with individuals and couples at various stages of their mental health journey. Clients come to me with struggles related to anxiety, trauma, life transitions, identity, and menstrual-related disorders.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative experience grounded in curiosity and authenticity. I tend to be a direct therapist. This means that in our work together, there may be times where you vent and process, times where I bring humor, and times where I gently challenge you.

My approach integrates CBT and DBT skills, as well as relational, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic techniques. I also consider the impact of sociopolitical context and multicultural factors in the work.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a space, free of judgement, where you feel safe to explore your struggles. My style is direct, and I recognize safety and trust take time to build. I will go at your pace!
