I completed graduate school in NYC in June, 2002. I love helping people gain insight, grow and heal. I provide in session feedback and work with clients at a speed that works for them. I have a great deal of experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Family Therapy and Couples Therapy.

First your concerns will be discussed so we can develop a plan. I will engage you at a speed that works for you. I am open to your feedback throughout our work together and it is important to me that you are open and as vocal as possible in session. I have clinical experience in many therapeutic modalities and twenty years of experience.

Insight into oneself , feeling and being understood, grounded, not being judged but actually being heard, cared for and listened to. You will be engaged in dialogue and receive feedback during our work together. You will likely feel cared for and connected throughout our work together.
