I specialize in helping individual, and couples in getting the most out of life, and I have over 25 years experience in teaching, coaching and counseling.

In addition to being a Couples Therapist trained in the Gottman Method Level III, I also provided trauma, depression and anxiety counseling using Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing ( EMDR) Trauma Releasing Exercise (TRE), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Yoga for Mood Management.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It's my ability to utilize eastern philosophy with western education to help my clients transform their lives. I have an easy style of relating with people, from a down to earth and pragmatic standpoint. I recognize your inner strengths and shine a light on them, so you are also able to tap into them to improve your life. Just as importantly, I am solution focused so we're always working towards creating that deep inner transformation.
