My treatment approach is based on accepting every individual as and where they are and helping them through their journey towards a complete and more holistic version of themselves. I understand that addressing mental health needs can be a challenge and am willing to go above and beyond to provide better mental health for you, by thinking out of the box and exploring new avenues.

Through in-depth assessments and collaborative discussions, I work closely with clients of all ages to provide mental health care across the lifespan (5 years and older) to develop tailored treatment plans that include medication management, lifestyle modification and therapeutic modalities as required.
