Great to meet you!

I founded Olson Counseling Services to help women break free from cycles of shame, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified EMDR Therapist, I saw how traditional therapy often fell short for women juggling careers, motherhood, and relationships. I specialize in EMDR Intensives, providing deep, focused healing without the frustration of drawn-out weekly sessions. My work centers on women healing from the unrealistic idea of perfectionism and the shame of always falling short, and mothers raising kids with food allergies.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is different because it blends structure with realness. I bring warmth, humor, and honesty into the work, offering women the support they need to explore who they truly are outside of societal and family expectations. I specialize in working with women healing from emotionally deprived childhoods, mothers raising kids with food allergies, and those who feel trapped by guilt, anxiety, and self-doubt.

What you can expect from our first session

Olson Counseling Services is built on the belief that healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you—it’s about uncovering who you were meant to be. My goal is to provide therapy that is effective, validating, and transformative, helping women step into a life where they no longer have to shrink themselves to fit the expectations of others.
