Great to meet you!

My hope is to walk alongside you as you navigate the struggles of life. We all need someone to walk with us as we cope with the stressors of life, loss, grief, pain, and mental health challenges. I am dedicated to helping you develop healthy and effective ways to navigate whatever you may be going through while providing a safe and supportive space to process your experiences. I have experience working with adults, children, and families in a variety of settings, including crisis services, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), substance use treatment facilities, and outpatient care. My goal is to meet you where you are, support you through difficult moments, and help you develop the skills and confidence to move forward.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in a trauma-informed and culturally responsive framework, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Structural Family Therapy, and other integrative approaches.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, goals, and what you hope to gain from treatment. I will take time to understand your experiences, strengths, and needs while collaborating with you to develop a personalized approach to care.
