Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with high-functioning professional women — particularly Black women — navigating divorce, relational trauma, and life after emotional disruption.

In this space, you don’t have to over-explain your cultural experience, your ambition, or your exhaustion. I bring clinical depth, cultural attunement, and direct, transformative work that helps you reclaim your voice, rebuild your identity, and stand firmly in your power.

This is not surface-level therapy.

This is steady, embodied, identity-restoring work.

My approach to therapy

Healing after separation, divorce, or emotionally abusive relationships requires more than surface-level coping skills. It requires addressing the relational patterns, nervous system imprint, and internal narratives that shaped your experience.

My work integrates relational therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic nervous system healing, EMDR, and cognitive restructuring to support deep, lasting transformation.

This is not one-size-fits-all therapy.

It is intentional, layered work designed to help you reclaim your identity, rebuild confidence, and move forward grounded, clear, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is intentional, collaborative, and deeply transformative.

We don’t stay on the surface. We explore the patterns beneath your relationships, the nervous system responses that keep you stuck, and the parts of you that learned to survive at any cost.

You can expect:

Honest conversations

Clear feedback

Emotional depth

Practical tools

Accountability with compassion

This work requires vulnerability and willingness. In return, you gain clarity, confidence, and the ability to move through your life from a regulated, empowered place.

Every woman’s journey is different, but our goal is the same: alignment, stability, and reclaiming your voice.
