Great to meet you!

I believe that change begins with the ability to imagine something different—and then take steps toward it. My work centers on helping clients visualize the future they want to live in and develop the confidence and tools to get there.

Using a solution-focused and affirming approach, I guide clients in identifying strengths, uncovering possibilities, and creating clear, achievable goals. Together, we incorporate reflective and creative techniques to support insight, motivation, and forward movement.

My goal is to help you feel energized, capable, and supported as you move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are and who you want to become.

My approach to therapy

I take a solution-focused, strengths-based approach to therapy, centered on helping you move toward the future you want rather than staying stuck in past challenges. Together, we identify your goals, explore what is already working in your life, and build practical strategies to support meaningful progress.

I believe that you are the expert in your own experience. My role is to guide, support, and help you uncover the strengths, insights, and resources you already have. I often incorporate future-oriented conversations and visualization techniques to help you clarify what change looks like and how to begin moving toward it.

My style is collaborative, encouraging, and focused on growth. I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to take actionable steps toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive and welcoming space where we begin getting to know each other. We will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you are hoping to improve, and what a meaningful outcome would look like for you.

I will ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and goals, while also giving you space to share at your own pace. Together, we will start identifying what is already working in your life and explore small steps you can begin taking toward the future you want.

You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about my approach and make sure the process feels like a good fit for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction.
