Great to meet you!

I have ample experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings where most of my work was focused on high stress, crisis and adjustment situations. I have worked with individuals mostly dealing with adjustment to life/family changes, stress and finding a way back from decompensation. We will focus on understanding diagnosis, symptoms, triggers and coping skills to have a healthier life and relationships.

A bit about my approach to therapy

To me therapy is a give and take relationship. Therapist and client must always work together in an open and respectful environment in order to achieve treatment goals. Also, focusing on finding balance between treatment, life demand and self-care are very important aspects for me in therapy.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect to feel like they have a better understanding of the challenges they experience as well as hope that with an open mind and effective work, they will achieve a healthier self.
