Amos McCord

Amos graduated from The University of Texas at Tyler with his Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and he is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. Amos has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in the areas of trauma, violence prevention, healthy sexuality, behavioral issues, PTSD, and other significant issues. He has experience working in private practice, residential treatment centers, and medical clinics.

Amos provides a friendly and relaxed style of interaction, and he often uses techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, or humanistic approaches.
