Great to meet you!

Everyone is capable of healing; sometimes you just need some external help getting there. I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental and authentic space for my clients. I believe in building a supportive environment while also challenging my client’s negative beliefs to develop new ways of thinking, build different perspectives and concrete solutions to their challenges. Therapy is a collaborative process and we will work together to bring you to a place where you feel safe, secure and empowered.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Having lived and worked in India, Singapore and New York, I am intimately familiar with the challenges of adjustment issues, immigration stress and resettling in a new environment. I have worked with clients with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance and addiction issues, first time parents, bi-polar and complex trauma.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we will examine the experiences that have created your story. Using our relationship as the medium for change you will gain insight, sharpen your awareness and make significant changes in your life. I also run a relationship focused group for adults that are looking for community and ways to learn new ways to deal with old problems.

Let's connect over a 15 minute free consult call to get to know each other and answer any questions you have.
