Licensed Mental Health Counselor with clinical experience providing individual, family and group therapy services for children ages 7+, adolescents and adults. I am passionate about providing culturally sensitive, collaborative, person-centered treatment utilizing evidenced based practices that best fit my client’s needs.

My therapeutic approach employs a strengths-based and solution-focused model by using my clients own strengths to reach their goals. I believe that all individuals already possess the innate tools to live a meaningful life, therefore I take my clients on a therapeutic journey to realize and access their personal gifts.

I’ve had the opportunity of working in various settings with a diverse population and I continue to build these experiences to equip myself with the knowledge necessary to provide quality care.
