Great to meet you!

Seeking support takes courage, and finding the right therapist can make all the difference. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Counseling. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, and other obstacles that may be impacting their well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach is solution-focused, collaborative, and empowering. I believe that clients already possess many of the strengths needed to create change, and my role is to help identify those strengths, develop practical strategies, and build momentum toward their goals. While therapy can involve difficult conversations, I strive to bring warmth, authenticity, and an appropriate sense of humor to the process. I am also direct when needed, helping clients gain clarity, challenge unhelpful patterns, and move forward with confidence.

Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to grow, I am committed to helping you develop the tools, insight, and resilience needed to create a life that feels more aligned with your values and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and building a strong therapeutic relationship. We’ll discuss what brought you to therapy, areas of your life that may be causing stress or concern, and any goals you’d like to work toward. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether we’re a good fit.

My approach is collaborative, solution-focused, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll begin identifying strengths, exploring challenges, and creating a plan that supports meaningful growth and positive change. My goal is to provide a supportive, comfortable environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered from the very beginning
