Great to meet you!

I'm a LCSW providing telehealth out of Southern California. Growing up in Long Beach, I'm accustom to a variety of populations and personally have experience working in Addiction Medicine, with Child Welfare Services, and as an ally for my LGBTQ+ clients. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a real conversation — not a clinical transaction. I show up as a genuine, engaged partner in your process, not a blank slate behind a notepad. I'm in your corner, and I want you to feel that from the first session. My style blends warmth with honesty (think supportive but direct). Whatever you're carrying, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

I take a humanistic, client-centered approach — meaning you're the expert on your own life, and my job is to help you access what you already know about yourself. I'm naturally inquisitive, and I use thoughtful questions to help clients uncover patterns, challenge assumptions, and build self-awareness. Sessions feel collaborative rather than prescriptive; I'm not here to hand you a diagnosis and a worksheet. My goal is to help you feel genuinely empowered — not dependent on therapy, but equipped with the insight and tools to navigate life on your own terms.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation, not an intake form. I'll ask questions to understand what's bringing you in, what's felt hard, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — most people don't. You can expect to feel heard and to leave with a sense of what working together might look like.
