Great to meet you!

I have 20+ years of experience providing therapy for individuals, families and couples. I have two masters degrees, one in social work and one in worlds religions. I have also spent the last 13 of those years in the medical field. All of this gives me a unique, integrative area of knowledge to work from where I can address the whole person as an individual.

My ideal client is someone who has been carrying a lot for a long time. They may struggle with anxiety, relationship stress or self doubt, and they are ready to better understand themselves and create more stability and balance in their lives. My clients are often insightful and capable but feel stuck repeating patterns that no longer serve them. They are ready to do meaningful work to build healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and a more grounded sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach is holistic and integrative. I look at the full picture of a person's life-mental health, physical well-being, relationships, values and personal growth-to support meaningful, sustainable change. Therapy with me is grounded, and tailored to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be gathering some information but not in a rigid way. I like to focus on what is most pressing for you and fill in the details along the way. I have a very laid back conversational style with structure and tools provided as and how you need them.
