Great to meet you!

Does your life feel out of control? Have you lost hope or feel as though fear and anxiety are taking over? My name is Amy Archuleta, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who is here to support you through life’s hardest seasons. With a kind, safe, and nonjudgmental approach to therapy, we can work together to uncover lasting ways to heal, grow, and rebuild your life.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy through a systemic lens and draw from the therapeutic methods that best fit your unique needs. Together, we will explore unmet attachment needs and uncover the roots of unhealthy core beliefs that may be holding you back. I will equip you with practical tools and meaningful insight into how trauma is stored in the mind and body as a way of seeking protection. My approach is designed to help you reconnect with your authentic self, break unhealthy patterns, and move toward lasting healing for yourself and future generations.

What you can expect from me

In our initial session, you can expect to move at your own pace. My goal is to create a safe environment, review confidentiality, and gather background information that will help guide the therapeutic process. I want to understand who you are as a unique individual and begin building a safe, comfortable connection with you.
