Let me teach you how to feel better by eating the right foods. I also have a great deal of experience working with adolescents and can effectively provide emotional and behavioral support for youth with wide array of needs utilizing a holistic and strengths-based clinical approach.

What you can expect from me

“You can’t go back &. change the beginning, but you can start where you are & change the ending” - C.S. Lewis. I consider knowing when to ask for help to be a strength & true resilience. It’s unfortunate that society suggests otherwise w/ a stigma attached to mental health. I can help reduce the shame attached to the behavior and get to the root cause
