Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I support individuals in reclaiming their lives from challenges like trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible — and that you deserve a life aligned with your goals and values.

My approach to therapy

Healing is a deeply personal and transformative journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your authentic self. I work from a trauma-informed, identity-affirming lens, honoring your lived experience and your path toward self-understanding. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, survivors of domestic violence and complex trauma, and individuals exploring identity, emotional regulation, and self-worth.

My style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in respect. I integrate evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) — tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs. As an EMDR-trained clinician, I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) as a structured, trauma-focused therapy to support deeper processing and healing. I see therapy as a space not just for symptom relief, but for meaningful growth, unlearning internalized harm, and reconnecting with parts of yourself that may have been silenced or dismissed.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to show up just as you are. I’ll listen closely to your story, help clarify what you’re hoping to shift or understand, and begin to explore how we can work together. You can expect warmth, curiosity, and a genuine respect for your autonomy and experience. Whether you’re seeking relief, insight, or deeper self-connection, we’ll move at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
