Great to meet you!

I graduated from Lamar University with a Master's degree in school counseling and licensed professional counseling in 2014. Prior to working as a counselor, I spent 15 years as an elementary teacher. I then spent 5 years as a school counselor as well as a counselor in private practice. I am certified as a relapse prevention navigator, AutPlay therapist, Accelerated Resolution Therapist and PACT (couples therapy) therapist.

I have a love of learning and helping. I see this as my purpose in life!

A bit about my approach to therapy

There is nothing to be "fixed" about you! You have learned coping mechanisms and those are now no longer serving you in the best way. My approach is strength based with a focus on psychoeducation and attachment patterns.
