Great to meet you!
I have experience working with individuals across the lifespan (children through elder population). Over the course of my career, my roles have been diverse. In addition to providing individual therapy, I have delivered prevention education and supported individuals who are currently in — or healing from — unsafe or harmful relationships. My background includes direct clinical practice, formal leadership positions, and serving as an expert witness in domestic violence cases.
These experiences have strengthened my ability to remain flexible, responsive, and attuned in my therapeutic approach. Hurt people hurt people, however even those who have caused harm are capable of change when they engage in intentional, meaningful action. Therapy offers a structured opportunity to create that change (nothing changes if nothing changes!).
I am committed to ongoing professional growth. I actively pursue continuing education and advanced training to deepen my clinical skills, expand my knowledge base, and ensure that my work remains effective, informed, and aligned with best practices.
I am available to meet with you either online or in person. Regardless of the format, you can expect a safe, non‐judgmental, and supportive space where you can explore what has been weighing on you and begin moving toward healing, clarity, and growth.
