Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have more than 10 years of experience working in mental health and have supported clients across the lifespan with a wide range of challenges. Today, I specialize in helping individuals heal from PTSD, complex PTSD (CPTSD), trauma, depression, and anxiety. I believe that while the healing journey can be difficult at times, growth and recovery are possible, and the work is truly worth it. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can feel understood and empowered to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert in your own life, and that everyone has the ability to heal, grow, and create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive, with my role being to guide, encourage, and partner with you throughout the process. I strive to be transparent in treatment so you feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in your care. I am trained in a variety of evidence-based interventions, including EMDR, and consider it a true privilege to walk alongside clients on their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and determine whether we're a good fit. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel heard and respected. We will discuss what brings you to therapy, identify your goals, and begin developing a plan to help you achieve them. It is important to me that every client is matched with the therapist and approach that best supports their needs, and I welcome open collaboration throughout the process.
