Great to meet you!

I've spent over 20 years sitting with people through some of life's most difficult chapters — grief and loss, anxiety that won't quit, relationships that feel stuck, family stress, and the quiet exhaustion of carrying too much for too long. My career has spanned a wide range of clinical settings, and that breadth has made me a more flexible, adaptable therapist. I work with adults across Colorado via telehealth, and I bring a humanistic, person-centered approach to everything we do. That means I'm not handing you a workbook or running through a protocol — I'm meeting you where you are and helping you figure out what you actually need.

I also work with people navigating end of life — whether that's your own illness, the death of someone you love, or grief that doesn't follow any expected timeline. It's work I find deeply meaningful, and I do it with care.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative — I draw from humanistic and person-centered therapy as my foundation, and pull in techniques from CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices depending on what you need. I don't force a method onto your situation; I fit the approach to you. Some sessions are emotionally deep. Some are more practical and solution-focused. Most are somewhere in between. What stays consistent is that you set the direction, and I help you move through it.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a real conversation — not a formal intake or a list of questions from a clipboard. I'll ask about what's been going on, what made you reach out now, and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I keep it relaxed on purpose. Most people tell me they feel more at ease than they expected. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of whether we're a good fit, and we'll have a starting point for the work ahead.
