Great to meet you!

When anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, or past experiences begin affecting your daily life, it can feel overwhelming trying to manage everything on your own. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, women's issues, trauma, and relationship concerns. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling with self confidence, navigating difficult life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. Whether you're coping with stress, healing from painful experiences, working through relationship challenges, exploring identity concerns, or trying to create healthier habits and boundaries, therapy can provide a supportive space for growth and healing. My goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen emotional wellbeing, and develop practical tools that support lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, person centered approach grounded in collaboration, compassion, and evidence based care. I believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and strengths based interventions to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Together, we may explore anxiety, ADHD symptoms, trauma, women's issues, relationship concerns, depression, stress management, grief, identity development, emotional regulation, and life transitions. Therapy focuses on helping you build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve relationships, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a calm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. During our first session, we'll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your goals, and begin creating a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable. As we work together, you can develop healthier coping strategies, greater self awareness, stronger emotional regulation, improved confidence, and healthier relationships. Whether you're navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, relationship concerns, or major life changes, my goal is to help you feel empowered, capable, and equipped with practical tools to move forward with greater clarity, balance, and confidence.
