Great to meet you!

Welcome! I appreciate your interest, as well as your courage in seeking out therapy. I have been a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist since 2009, although I started seeing clients in 2003 as an intern. The majority of people who come to me are women and teen girls, with couples and families also being populations I serve. I support people with depression, anxiety, self harm, grief, relationships and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I genuinely care about the challenges and changes you are facing and want to help you develop a foundation to meet them. This foundation includes both an empowering mindset and an awareness in the body that gives a sense of grounding and calm. With this stability, you'll be better able to navigate difficulties and unwanted changes.

What you can expect from me

I create a sense of spaciousness where you will feel safe and empowered to share your concerns and hopes at your own pace. Whether you know what your goals are or need my help in formulating them, I will partner with you to take steps towards the life you deeply want.
