Great to meet you!

I am an over-the-top passionate millennial therapist who LOVES helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate the complexities of their emotional and behavioral well-being. I hold deep-rooted values for empathy, patience, trust, and collaboration with clients and parents. I create a nurturing, relatable, and nonjudgmental space where minds can feel heard and understood. By actively listening and demonstrating genuine care, I foster a solid therapeutic alliance that empowers my clients to explore and feel their emotions, develop coping and interpersonal strategies, overcome challenges, and experience healing.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am unwavering in my commitment to evidence-based care, carefully evaluating methodologies to decide the most therapeutic approach for each client. I have pursued extensive training, including certification as an AutPlay Provider (Support for the neurodiversity community), Certified as a Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and courses in somatic work.

What you can expect from our first session

I value collaboration and participation with my clients. Therefore, sessions include psychoeducation, skill/strategy practice and implementation, somatic work, and more. The client will get out of the session what they want! They are in the driver's seat - I act as the GPS.
