Great to meet you!

I am warm, welcoming, and a problem solver who is committed to empowering others. I can assist you in processing and gaining control of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I am a trained listener who will focus on helping you feel comfortable while building a therapeutic rapport.

I graduated from the University of Akron with my masters in Social Work. I am a licensed social worker in both Ohio and Pennsylvania. I have worked in public schools, community agencies, psychiatric hospitals, healthcare, and outpatient therapy.

My approach to therapy

I have been trained in numerous modalities to address a variety of concerns. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused techniques, and Strength's Based approach.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an initial assessment for establishing a foundation for a supportive therapeutic relationship. This is a chance to assess your needs and goals focusing on understanding your story and setting expectations for future sessions. I hope that you feel a release of stress, feel lighter, and clearer.
