My approach to therapy

I utilize several treatment modalities that focus on strengths-based, trauma-informed and non-judgmental approaches to help us navigate this journey. I have a special focus on processing trauma, emotional regulation, skill building and am an ADHD certified clinical services provider

During our first session, you can anticipate sharing your story and your goals in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment. I find it helpful to work on skills and tools that you can implement or practice in between sessions.
