Great to meet you!

I love to help neurodivergent children, teens, and adults learn to embrace their most authentic selves, while also learning to cope with a world that was not built for their uniquely wonderful brains. I partner with parents to help them gain insight into generational family relational patterns, to mindfully move through the daily chaos of being a parent, and to rediscover their joy in parenting. I am here to be a partner on your journey towards greater meaning, confidence, and peace. I love hearing people's unique stories and building connections in our disconnected, overstressed world. Let's chat and find a way to help you achieve your goals!

My approach to therapy

I am a play therapist and person-centered counselor who is passionate about empowering my clients to gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and actions in order to live more consistently with their personal values and life goals. My favorite modalities to use are Child-Centered Play Therapy and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy. I strongly believe in the healing power of play and the therapeutic relationship, and I also believe that parents are essential to the play therapy process.

What you can expect from me

I hope that my clients are able to leave their sessions with me feeling seen, heard, and understood. Therapy is a vulnerable experience, so I strive to create a safe and supportive environment in our therapy sessions. I am also passionate about helping my clients to learn more helpful ways of coping with life's many challenges. I achieve these goals with my clients by using evidence based practices and collaborating on our treatment plan actively throughout the therapeutic process.
