I want my clients to know that therapy with me is a space where they can feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood—especially during times that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or emotionally exhausting. I often work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, caregiver stress, chronic pain, and major life transitions.
My background in palliative care and integrated behavioral health has shaped how I understand the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, identity, and meaning. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and conversational environment while offering practical, evidence-based support tailored to each person’s needs, including approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and grief-informed care.
Above all, I want clients to feel less alone in what they’re carrying and more connected to their strengths, values, and sense of self.
