Great to meet you!

I want my clients to know that therapy with me is a space where they can feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood—especially during times that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or emotionally exhausting. I often work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, chronic illness, caregiver stress, chronic pain, and major life transitions.

My background in palliative care and integrated behavioral health has shaped how I understand the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, identity, and meaning. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and conversational environment while offering practical, evidence-based support tailored to each person’s needs, including approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and grief-informed care.

Above all, I want clients to feel less alone in what they’re carrying and more connected to their strengths, values, and sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that clients deserve a space where they feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood. I work from an insight-oriented and practical lens, helping clients process what they’re carrying while also building tools to manage stress, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and the emotional impact of chronic illness or caregiving.

My background in palliative care and integrated behavioral health has shaped how I understand the connection between emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, identity, and meaning. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, drawing from evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based techniques, supportive therapy, grief-informed care, and meaning-centered approaches.

I see therapy as a place for both coping and growth — a space to slow down, reflect, reconnect with your strengths and values, and feel less alone in difficult seasons of life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, supportive first session where we talk about what’s bringing them to therapy, what they’ve been carrying, and what they hope to get out of our work together. I focus on helping clients feel comfortable, understood, and clear about next steps.
