Great to meet you!

I believe that therapy can be transformative. Seeking therapy is an incredibly brave action to take, and I am here to actively and empathically listen to you without judgment, help you make sense of difficulties, and work through them by taking big issues and making them more manageable. Together, we will problem-solve in ways that work for you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have over 20 years of experience in the fields of psychology and education. I work with adolescents and adults, both individually and in groups. I have an eclectic, interpersonal and interactive approach to psychotherapy, often with a focus on cognitive-behavioral, family systems and psychodynamic techniques. I am particularly skilled in working with clients who are experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or ADHD.

What you can expect from our first session

In our work together, I seek to help you find strength and empowerment through expressing and understanding your life's unique narrative, and together, through the therapeutic process, we will work to help you lessen life's stress, grow as a thinking, feeling individual, and thrive in your relationships.
