Great to meet you!

I find my passion lies in working with Individuals, children, teens as well as couples. I also have experience training and working in one on one settings exploring an array of concerns such as, but not limited to, trauma, depression, childhood trauma, struggles of adult children of alcoholics, co-dependency, ADHD, community violence, toxic relationships, and more.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is kind and compassionate, yet direct. I believe healing comes from looking at the truth; however, it must be handled with care, because you and your feelings matter.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect in our first session is a calm, inviting environment where you are free to share whatever comes to mind. Some people prefer to dive in with clear goals and begin working through specific life challenges right away, while others choose to take their time and build rapport until they feel comfortable enough to share what has been weighing on them.

We will begin in whatever way feels most comfortable for you, empowering you to actively participate in your healing at your own pace. I am here to walk alongside you as we work toward healing, create meaningful goals, and support you in cultivating the vitality and fulfillment you are seeking in your life.
