Specializes in

PTSD, Relationship Issues, and Trauma

Great to meet you!

I am practiced in trauma therapy, Psychedelic Assisted Therapy (PAT), Indigenous Focusing-Oriented Therapy (IFOT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), & EMDR in combination with somatic experiencing, guided imagery, nature-based healing & mindfulness.

I enjoy working with people who are willing to challenge themselves to open up, get uncomfortable & draw from insights & feedback to bring about lasting change. I'm compelled to work with people who are interested in living life authentically.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am passionate about helping people live their lives with integrity. What people say they value most about me as a therapist is that I am genuine, "dig deep", fully engage in conversation with them and that they feel supported without judgment while navigating through life.

I specialize in working with people who have experienced or are currently experiencing relational trauma (childhood abuse, sexual violence/incest, intimate partner violence, bullying, etc.) and grief/life transitions.

What you can expect from our first session

I create an inviting, warm space to work with people towards the outcome that they are wanting.
