Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to providing a warm and supportive space for your journey toward healing and growth. Choosing to access therapy is a courageous first step, and I’m here to help you navigate challenges and discover your strengths. My approach is personalized and holistic, blending creativity and connection to meet your unique needs in a safe, judgment-free environment. My experience centers around women's issues, anxiety, and self-compassion.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Sandtray Therapy to promote healing and personal growth. By fostering a safe, supportive, and creative environment, I empower clients to explore their thoughts and emotions, build resilience, and achieve meaningful change.

What you can expect from our first session

In your first session with me, you can expect a warm and welcoming environment where we will focus on getting to know each other and discussing what you hope to achieve through therapy. This session is a safe space, free from shame or judgment, where you are encouraged to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable. Together, we will begin to explore your goals and set the foundation for a supportive and collaborative therapeutic journey.

I am currently accepting new clients. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations.
