I am a caring and practical therapist attuned to each client, able to promote insight, resilience, and healing through integrated, evidence-based counseling. Trained in EMDR, CBT and Play Therapy, I provide tailored treatment to enhance each clients's coping, strengths, and growth. I provide in-person and Telehealth sessions, as well as parent coaching to increase healthy attachment and reduce family conflict. I am able to accept several insurance plans like Aetna and others, and accept EAP for Bank of America employees. My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style integrates stress reduction and grounding practices to enhance distress tolerance and emotional regulation, insight-based talk therapy through CBT and Motivational Interviewing, trauma resolution therapy through EMDR, and experiential therapies of Sand tray and expressive arts. I work with children ages 11 and up, adolescents, adults, and parents.

I have helped many clients find relief and resolution for a range of concerns such as Depression, anxiety, phobias, self-esteem issues, grief and loss, Codependency, parenting concerns, relational conflict/family conflict, life adjustments, trauma, women’s issues, and more.
