Great to meet you!

A little about me! - I am from Texas, born and raised! I graduated with my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas A&M University - San Antonio. I'm someone who has strong familial and cultural values. I have worked in community mental health and nonprofit programs for over 3 years, serving Hispanic/Latinx, POC, neurodiverse individuals, and underserved populations. Through my experience, I believe in the power of connection and building meaningful relationships.

My approach to therapy

I understand that life comes with many different seasons, changes, and pains; whether it is trauma, parenting challenges, identity struggles, and or grief/loss. We do not have to have it all figured out, know it all, or even know how to begin to navigate our thoughts and emotions. We are meant to grow and learn, as do I as well, with each and every client I serve. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen without judgement, and walk alongside with you as you walk through life's struggles.

What you can expect from me

I take a very laid-back approach in therapy, where you can feel at ease and welcomed. I like to take a person-centered approach for the beginning sessions, allowing you to lead the sessions and be able to share what you would like in a safe space! I, then, will work alongside with you to create a treatment plan, where I like to curate it based on what you want to work on, including any of your interests.
