I work with adults 18+ with a variety of mental health diagnoses. I specialize in those who may struggle with suicidal ideations, BPD, or Bipolar Disorder. I utilize a person-centered approach with a mix of different evidence-based practices, such as CBT, DBT, MI, and Solution Focused therapy. I like to engage the client, while also challenging them to reach their full potential!
