Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a decade of dedicated experience in mental health counseling, I believe in a collaborative, strengths-based approach. My goal is to create a nurturing, non-judgmental space where every patient feels understood, valued, and equipped to build a more fulfilling life. I am committed to providing quality care while honoring diverse lived experiences and identities. I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for people of all cultural, religious, sexual, and gender identities.

My approach to therapy

I believe in a collaborative, strengths-based approach, partnering with patients to recognize their inherent capabilities and develop effective coping mechanisms. My goal is to create a nurturing, non-judgmental space where every patient feels understood, valued, and equipped to build a more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you will have an opportunity to share your experiences and your hopes for therapy. Together, we will discuss treatment goals, and work together in sessions to make these goals a reality.
